In the Design Studio you are able to watch our projects from beginning to end. You can see this Compo Beach 1920’s cottage prior to construction, being split in half, half the house being removed, the remaining house lifted 4 feet, the new construction and the exciting end result. Going before the ZBA, the design had to work within extremely tight zoning constraints as well as be FEMA compliant. The new design mirrored the remaining portion of the house with gambrel roof lines so popular in the area, keeping it in character with the neighborhood and its history.
